Reporting:

Trams, our back office system, can produce any type of report based on your needs.

Quality Control:

Our automated quality control program scans and checks all reservations against over 300 different parameters and security measures, whether made via the booking tool or a travel consultant. This is done through our mid-office system powered by CornerStone-IQCX.

Unused Tickets:

Our highly sophisticated software, by Magnatech, tracks and reports unused electronic tickets monthly. Magnatech is used to monitor and manage all usage, non-usage, refunds and exchanges of electronic tickets.

HOT Meetings and events:

HOT Events is our Meetings and Events division within House of Travel. Having this division allows us to create great synergies between the corporate and the events team, as the agents and the events coordinator close communications. On average, the team produces over 70 meetings, events and incentives a year. Our multilingual events coordinators have years of knowledge and experience, and can be made available on-site upon request. Some of the event team’s clients are L’Oreal, Hermes, Tag Heuer, Longchamp, and Remy Cointreau, among others.
