If privacy (let’s call him “Mr. Privacy”) needed some privacy, he would check-in to the brand new Hotel Beaux Arts. Located within the JW Marriott Marquis in Downtown Miami, Hotel Beaux Arts is the first of its kind, offering equal parts art, luxury, innovation and, of course, privacy. Tucked away on the 39th floor, NBA players and CEO’s alike now have ultra-modern, not-your-father’s-Marriott accommodations with striking views of the Miami River, Biscayne Bay and Downtown city lights.

When Mr. Privacy arrives at the Hotel Beaux Arts, he is immediately greeted at the drive path by a member of Beaux Arts’ superior staff. Guided up to the 39th floor, another Beaux Arts staff member will greet him (the staff knows each guest by name and face) with a welcome drink and check him into one of the 44 spacious and stylish guestrooms within the hotel (Mr. Privacy does not wait with commoners at the first floor JW Marriott check-in counter – no offense Marquis guests). If Mr. Privacy is feeling extra sneaky, he has the option to be escorted onto the property through the VIP, back door entrance. Shhh…it’s a secret. Back to being spacious – each guestroom at the Beaux Arts is approximately 600 square feet and the suites range from 800 square feet to a little over a 1,000 square feet.
Here comes the cool part… Once Mr. Privacy enters his ridiculously awesome suite with floor-to-ceiling views of Downtown Miami, his Beaux Arts escort will give him a guided tour of the James Bond-like electronics adorning the living room, bedroom and bathroom. While your father might have trouble turning on the sink or changing the television channel, Mr. Privacy will be an expert on all the gadgets and gismos aplenty after a few minutes with the help of his Beaux Arts guide.

Fully equipped with Bang & Olufsen electronics, an iPad for use in- and outside the hotel, motorized window drapery and a television embedded in the bathroom mirror, Mr. Privacy’s every technological whim is satisfied. Know someone that is impossible to impress? Send them into one of the bathrooms in a guestroom at the Beaux Arts. Each sink allows the user to simply lay his or her finger on the hot or cold selection area and the faucet will soon have the coordinating water flowing over red or blue LED lights to signal that the water is hot (red) or cold (blue, duhhh).
With all the benefits of a Marriott, but the personalized attention and upscale amenities of a boutique hotel, Mr. Privacy can bathe with Molton Brown bath products, cover himself with a gorgeous black bathrobe from the closet, walk on dark hard wood floors, make a drink at his sexy black marble bar (martini shaker included) and lounge on modern, white leather furniture – all features standard in every Beaux Arts guestroom. Sounds too good to be true? Okay, you caught us – the bar is only in the suites.

Should Mr. Privacy venture out of his guestroom, he can enjoy a complete European breakfast in the L’Atelier, Beaux Arts’ casual dining restaurant and lounge. After breakfast and between meetings, Mr. Privacy should explore the 19th and 20th floors (don’t forget your wallet Mr. Privacy), which include the hotel’s world-renowned Jim McLean Golf School (where you can play a full round of golf on a simulator and train with the pros), a 10,000 square foot NBA-approved basketball court (now you’re impressed), a Sony Ericsson tennis court, virtual bowling alley, billiard room, media room and outdoor pool up against the Miami skyline. Since no amenity can be overlooked, the hotel also boasts a full-service Rik Rak Spa & Salon, a MET2 Fitness Center and the chic db Bistro Moderne (attention: Top Chef fans).

Whether Mr. Privacy is a high-level executive, a baller, a celebrity or your hip dad, Hotel Beaux Arts is his go-to exclusive hotel. With luxury amenities, superior staff, state-of-the-art technology, the Hotel Beaux Arts is the Marriott’s luxury hotel of the future (move over Ritz Carlton).
