Meetings - Services Rate Sheet

Service	Description	Rate
Strategic Planning Session	Development of meeting goals and objectives, details of functions and other items covered under Research and Design phases.	Complimentary first three hours $120 each additional hour
Site Selection/Negotiation	Search for best venue within a selected area and negotiation of rates and terms of contract	$400 flat fee for first options $300 each additional set
Special Event Planning	Creation and coordination of special events, such as themed dinners with entertainment	Rates customized based on details of event
On-Site Coordination 1	Coordination of meetings/events when included with full meeting planning services	$225/day plus necessary travel related expenses $150/half day (local only)
On-Site Coordination 2	Coordination of meetings/events when not included with full meeting planning services	$600 first four (4) hours $100 each additional hour
On-Site Coordination Support Staff	Additional staff needed for on-site support of meeting coordination	Starting at $40/hour Daily rates may vary
Full Meeting Planning 1	Complete meeting planning services including strategic planning, design, planning and post-meeting evaluation for 20 attendees or less	Starting at $60/per person Minimum$1150
